SunBerry Orchards Skokie Market took over the former Eurostyle Sausage shop in December 2023, keeping the on-site sausage factory that produces more than 40 varieties of traditional sausage while adding the familys pasture-raised meats from Mundelein. The smokehouse turns out smoked meats and fish, bacon, ribs, and pork belly, and the deli case reflects the shops European and Ukrainian roots with recipes built on time-honored techniques. A daily bakery adds sourdough, challah, chocolate eclairs, and fried dough pastries to the mix, alongside fresh vegetables and raw honey.
