Gourmet Frog Bakery has been hand-making French pastries since 1987 - fruit tarts, mousse cakes, eclairs - alongside traditional Mexican baked goods, a combination you won't find under one roof anywhere else nearby. The bakery also takes orders for wedding cakes, custom cakes, quiches, and a daily lunch and dinner menu to go.

This corner of Highwood has been turning out desserts for almost four decades that are hard to find together anywhere else - French fruit tarts and mousse pastries next to real Mexican pan dulce. The same family has run the bakery for over 25 years, having learned the recipes from the original owners and now passing the business on to the next generation.

Every cake and pastry is made by hand from fresh ingredients - nothing frozen, nothing from a box.
