Independent Medicare advisors who help you enroll and choose a plan

Medkupon in Kirkland is an independent insurance agency that helps people understand Medicare: enroll on time, choose a plan, switch plans after moving to another state, and find out which assistance programs, including Medicaid, they may qualify for. The agency is not tied to a single insurance company and works by phone with clients in 24 states.

We help clients understand how the system works:
- Original Medicare, Parts A and B: typically covers about 80 percent of medical expenses, so a plan for the remaining part matters
- Medicare Advantage, Part C: many plans include extra benefits not offered by Original Medicare, including dental, vision, and hearing
- Medicare Supplement, Medigap, and a prescription drug plan, Part D

Timing depends on your situation. If you are turning 65 soon and already receive Social Security, you will be enrolled in Parts A and B automatically. If not, you can apply starting three months before your birthday, during the initial enrollment period.
