All Saints parish in Las Vegas, Nevada has served the community since 2013 under the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia, within the Diocese of Western America and San Francisco. Saturday evening Vigil and Sunday Divine Liturgy are celebrated in a mix of Church Slavonic and English, and church school for children meets almost every Sunday right after Liturgy. The parish baptizes, marries, and provides pastoral guidance to its members, with weekday office hours from 9 AM to 4 PM for anyone who wants to reach the church directly. The diocese ruling bishop serves at this parish full time, making it one of the more significant centers of Russian Orthodox life in Nevada.

The church is dedicated to All Saints and follows traditional Russian Orthodox artistic style, with an iconostasis, a temple icon of All Saints, and a number of hand painted icons that give the space the same atmosphere found in churches across Russia and Eastern Europe. The homily at Liturgy is often given in English, which keeps the parish open not only to Russian speaking parishioners but also to newcomers still learning the Orthodox tradition.

The parish draws a Russian speaking community from across Las Vegas and the surrounding area, from families who live here year round to visitors just passing through the city.

The church grounds also include a children's play area, giving families with young children a place to gather before or after services, part of the close-knit feel of a small, tight community parish.
