I relocated to Vancouver, WA in 1998 from Riga, Latvia, and have worked as a realtor here with Handris Realty for more than two decades. My background in remodeling and construction means I look at a property as more than just an agent - I understand what is behind the walls, the real potential for renovation, and the structural condition that is not always obvious at first walkthrough. That perspective helps my clients make informed decisions, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

When I walk through a home with a buyer or prepare one for a seller, I can immediately tell what can be improved with a simple update and what actually needs serious construction work - a perspective that is hard to find in an agent without a remodeling background.
