West Hollywood Childrens Academy

Preschool and Child Care Since 1991

West Hollywood Childrens Academy is a preschool and child care center for ages 18 months to 6 years, founded in 1991 by Russian-speaking educators. Learning happens through play and hands-on activities: Spanish immersion, dance, a live zoology program, and music classes are each led by dedicated professional instructors, alongside organic, nutritious meals.

Classrooms keep a low child-to-teacher ratio - 1:6 in the younger groups and 1:10 in the pre-K group - and every teacher holds a background in early childhood development along with CPR/AED certification. The center has both indoor and outdoor play spaces, plus full safety equipment on site, including an earthquake-preparedness plan.
