Bashkatov Dmitriy

Real Estate - Buying, Selling, and Short Sales

I am Dmitriy Bashkatov, a realtor and the owner of DB Realty, and since 2012 I have helped clients buy and sell homes in Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, and across Clark County, from small starter homes to spacious family residences. As the owner of the company, I handle every transaction myself, so you always deal with the person responsible for the result.

I am most at home in deals that call for patience and negotiation: I have handled many short sales, where the bank must approve the sale, and I know how to carry one through to closing. For buyers, I stay involved from the first showing to the day you get the keys, and for sellers, I put the home on the MLS so that as many prospective buyers as possible see it. When needed, I can run the transaction in Russian.

I can help you with:
- Buying a home or condo within your budget
- Selling and pricing your property
- Short sales and other non-standard transactions
- Transactions on both sides of the Columbia River, in Washington and Oregon

I am glad to discuss commission terms individually.
