Kachka
Refined Russian Cuisine and Appetizers
Kachka is a Portland restaurant open since 2014, presenting the cuisine of the former Soviet Union through a Pacific Northwest lens. The restaurant is known for its extensive appetizer spread, a dedicated caviar program, and house infused vodkas, including a horseradish infused variety.
The restaurant regularly appears on best-of-Portland lists from The New York Times and The Oregonian, and has been named one of the city's icon restaurants by OpenTable. We offer and handle:
- A full spread of cold and hot appetizers
- A caviar program spanning salmon roe through osetra varieties
- Signature dishes including Siberian dumplings, rabbit in a clay pot, and herring under a fur coat
- House infused vodkas and spirits
- A periodically rotating menu featuring Georgian dishes and wine
The restaurant is also part of the Kachka family of companies, which includes its own Kachka Lavka market along with the Kachka Dumplings and Kachka Spirits product lines.
