A full service language school for Russian speaking immigrants, operating in Portland since 2002. English as a second language instruction is built around Oxford University materials, small groups, and individual lessons, including preparation for the citizenship exam, TOEFL, and GED. Russian language courses and notarized translation and interpretation services are also available.

Daly Communications has operated in Portland since 2002, teaching English as a second language to Russian speaking immigrants.

The program includes:
- groups of up to six students, formed by level and age
- individual lessons tailored to each students goals and background
- Oxford University learning materials, including textbooks, workbooks, audio, and video
- preparation for the citizenship exam, TOEFL, and GED
- a dedicated English course for truck drivers
- corporate English programs for employees of manufacturing companies

Beyond ESL, the school offers Russian language courses for children of immigrants and anyone interested in learning conversational Russian. A separate service line covers written and spoken translation, including notarized translation certification.

The schools staff includes instructors and translators with degrees in linguistics and years of professional experience, including work with US government agencies.
