A lot for a future house, a townhome, or a ready-to-move-in home: I am Galina Zapryagaev, and I help clients with each of these across Vancouver and Clark County in Russian and English. I work at The Handris Realty Company, which has been doing business in the Portland market since 1975 and in Vancouver since 1989.

Buying a lot is different from buying a house: you need to understand what can be built, how the lot connects to utilities, and how it will be valued. I explain these questions in plain language and guide clients from the first showing to closing. I work most in Vancouver, in Minnehaha, Orchards, Ellsworth Springs, and Five Corners.
