Real Estate in Portland and Southwest Washington

I am Kira Govshtein, a Portland based real estate broker helping buyers and sellers across Oregon and Southwest Washington since 1998. I work with clients purchasing and selling primary residences, new construction, condominiums, vacation homes, and land, building a strategy around each clients specific goals.

For more than a quarter century I have worked as a real estate broker in Portland, staying connected with clients from the first conversation through closing.

I assist with:
- resale home purchases and sales
- new construction
- condominiums
- vacation and second homes
- rental property
- land

I personally guide every client through each stage of the transaction, from finding the right property and negotiating terms to handling the paperwork, and I stay available throughout to answer questions and ease the stress that often comes with buying or selling a home. I am based in Portland and also serve clients across Southwest Washington.
