I came to the United States from Ukraine at the age of twelve, so I know how hard it is to settle in a new place, and since 2006 I have helped Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking families buy and sell homes in Vancouver and the surrounding area with confidence. I am a broker with Cascade Hasson Sothebys International Realty, I speak both languages fluently, and I guide every deal from the first showing to the keys.

Before real estate I worked as a bank teller, and that financial background helps in every transaction: I explain in plain terms what makes up a payment, how to read the terms, and what to look for in a contract. I have the patience for as many showings as it takes until the home feels right, and if you need to sell in a difficult situation, I have extensive experience negotiating short sales.
