My name is Mark Slootsky, and I am a pulmonologist practicing in Walnut Creek. I trained at Tufts University School of Medicine, completed my residency at Los Angeles County and USC Medical Center, and did my Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at Brown Medical School's program at Rhode Island Hospital and Miriam Hospital. I am board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in both Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. I see patients in English and Russian.

I treat serious lung conditions, including:
- Emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Asthma, chronic cough, and shortness of breath
- Inflammatory lung conditions, including pneumonia
- Sleep-related breathing disorders
