Between stores at Westfield Southcenter there is now a stop built around one big flaky croissant, hearty enough to count as lunch, filled with lox and cream cheese, turkey and avocado, or pastrami. For something sweeter there are croissants with pistachio or with mascarpone and berries. The chain started in Lviv and today serves guests in Ukraine, Poland, the United States, and beyond.

The cafe works on the mall model: a counter, fast service, and seating in the mall food court. That makes it easy to have lunch between shopping stops or grab something for the road.
