Pelmeni Pelmeni is a family run spots specializing in Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, with locations at the Hawthorne Asylum food court in Portland and at Oak Tree Station in Camas, Washington. In 2022 the business received a Restaurant Guru award for best pelmeni in the city.

Both locations have been highlighted by the region's official tourism organizations, Travel Portland and Visit Vancouver WA, as places worth stopping for genuine Slavic food. We offer and handle:
- Pelmeni filled with beef or chicken
- Potato vareniki and sweet cheese vareniki
- Borscht, including a vegan version
- Kvass

The Portland location is open Monday through Saturday until 9pm and closed Sundays, while the Camas location at Oak Tree Station is open every day.
