My name is Elena Kotenkova, an independent licensed insurance agent in California, focused specifically on Medicare. Alongside insurance, I am trained as a homeopath and teach Tai Chi, which is probably why I care less about simply selling a plan and more about actually understanding your situation and explaining it calmly, without rushing you. I regularly host free Medicare talks, including sessions in Russian, for people turning 65 or getting ready to retire.
