Dynamo Fencing has trained fencers in Richmond since 1998, growing into the only High-Performance Training Center in Western Canada, officially recognized by the Canadian Fencing Federation. Founded by Maître Victor Gantsevich, current Head Coach of Canadas Senior Men's Team, the club has sent nearly 30 athletes to Canadas National Teams over the past decade, offering programs for children, adults, and competitive fencers at its state-of-the-art Richmond headquarters, plus locations in North Vancouver and Gastown.

Not every fencing club can say it trains members of Canada's National Teams, but Dynamo Fencing can, and has been doing exactly that since 1998. Founded by Maître Victor Gantsevich, who has coached national teams in three different countries and now leads Canada's Senior Men's Team, Dynamo has grown into the only officially recognized High-Performance Training Center in Western Canada.

The Richmond headquarters features over 20 competition-grade strips and hosts everything from weekly classes to national tournaments. Nearly 30 Dynamo athletes have gone on to represent Canada nationally over the past decade, including Olympic and Pan Am Games competitors. Whether your child is picking up a foil for the first time or you're chasing a spot on a national team, this is where serious fencing happens in Western Canada.
