Relocation is a subject I know firsthand: living in different countries taught me to understand people who are starting over in a new place, and since 2004 I have helped clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate in Seattle and on the Eastside. I am a John L. Scott broker specializing in residential and investment properties, I speak Russian, English, and Hebrew, and I work with the John L. Scott team on domestic and international relocations.

The real estate market is intensely local: what matters is not what homes sell for on average across the country but what is happening on your street and in your neighborhood, and that is exactly what I explain to clients. I help buyers along the whole path, from the first showing to closing day and beyond, and a team works alongside me: escrow specialists, a trusted lender, and an inspector, who make the process smoother.
