That is why the first visit is a long, attentive conversation about how you feel, what improves or worsens your condition, and how you sleep, eat, and cope with stress. The remedy is chosen from that portrait, and then the response is tracked together with you and the choice adjusted when needed.

Consultations suit sudden ailments that are comfortable to handle at home as well as complaints that keep returning year after year, for which a constitutional approach aims to strengthen the whole system.
