Advanced Family Medicine in Redmond has been working to see every patient on the day they call since 2011, with round-the-clock access to an on-call physician for emergencies. The clinic treats everyone from infants to seniors, blending conventional medicine with a naturopathic approach, and its staff speaks Russian and Ukrainian.

Beyond regular family and internal medicine visits, the clinic handles exams that often send patients hunting for a separate specialist: Form I-693 immigration medical exams for green card applications with a USCIS-designated civil surgeon, FAA BasicMed pilot physicals without the long wait for a traditional aviation examiner, and DOT physicals for drivers.

Services include:
- Care for diabetes, thyroid conditions, heart and blood pressure problems, and digestive issues
- Cardiac testing: EKG, stress tests, and Holter monitoring
- Gynecology, women's health, and ultrasound
- Wound care with compression therapy, negative pressure therapy, and advanced dressings and skin materials
- Aesthetic treatments: dermal fillers, Skinvive, microneedling, and chemical peels

Visits are by appointment, including telemedicine, and when a patient needs a specialist, the clinic refers them to trusted Eastside providers. The clinic is also a training site for the University of Washington Physician Assistant program.
