I have been in Vancouver real estate since 2015, working across Vancouver West, the Lower Mainland, West Vancouver, and the Tri-Cities on both residential and commercial deals. Before real estate, I worked as a property appraiser at BC Assessment, so I know how to read a propertys real value, not just its asking price. I also served as a Governor at the Real Estate Institute of BC. I work with clients in English and Russian.

Before I became a realtor, I spent years as a residential and commercial appraiser at BC Assessment, which means I bring a genuinely trained eye for property value into every deal I work on, not just a sales pitch.

Since 2015, I've worked across Vancouver West, the broader Lower Mainland, West Vancouver, and the Tri-Cities, handling both residential and commercial real estate. I've also served as a Governor at the Real Estate Institute of BC and Vice Chair of its Vancouver Chapter, which keeps me closely connected to how the industry and the market are actually evolving, not just what's trending on paper.
