Rhythmic Gymnastics in Langley

Origami Rhythmics brings rhythmic gymnastics for girls of all ages to Langley, extending its recreational-to-competitive program to families in Langley and the surrounding Fraser Valley. Classes combine ballet-inspired movement with apparatus work using ribbons, hoops, and balls, and gymnasts who want to compete have a clear path toward Provincial and National-level programs.

Rhythmic gymnastics builds flexibility, coordination, and confidence, and the Langley location makes that training available right in the Fraser Valley, without a trip into the Tri-Cities.

Programs and offerings include:
- Beginner and recreational classes
- Performance and pre-competitive training
- Competitive Provincial and National-stream programs
- Apparatus work with ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs
- Summer Day Camp and seasonal shows

Coaching is led by a team with decades of combined national and international competitive experience, giving Langley families access to the same level of training as the club's original Port Coquitlam location.
