Tribunals, WSIB and Claims in Small Claims Court

A licensed paralegal since 2011, I represent clients before the Human Rights Tribunal, in Provincial Offences Act matters and WSIB claims, and in Small Claims Court. I work with clients in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

A traffic ticket, a workplace injury, a dispute with a contractor for an amount too small to justify hiring a lawyer, discrimination at work: each of these belongs in front of a different tribunal or court with its own rules, and I represent clients in exactly those forums.
