Pocono homes for those leaving New York: buying and selling

I left New York myself for the calm of Pennsylvania, and I know what people feel when they decide on a move like that. I help clients buy and sell homes in Lords Valley, Hemlock Farms, Hawley and across the Pocono area, from the search and showings to signing the contract.

Professional tennis, a career in special education and years of real estate practice in New York taught me discipline, patience and attention to every person. At work that means one thing: you always know where your deal stands and you get an answer to every question, not silence.

Together we can:
- Find a home in Lords Valley, Hemlock Farms or Hawley that fits your life and your budget
- Plan a move from New York so that no time is lost on extra trips
- Prepare your home for sale and handle the showings
- Work through the terms of a purchase or a sale and see the deal through to closing

Write or call me and we will map out the first step. I work in Russian and English.
