Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist are two official designations, not just lines on a resume: the first is built around selling a house for someone moving into something simpler, the second around property transactions for clients coming from abroad. I handle deals in English, Russian and Ukrainian languages.

A client eyeing a vacant lot for development and a client buying their first condo are looking for completely different information, and I work comfortably with both. I also handle multi-residential property for investors and residential rentals.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation is built for clients selling a home after the kids have grown up and who are moving into something simpler. The Certified International Property Specialist designation applies to deals where the buyer or the property itself is located outside Canada.
