From Ukraine to Toronto, from a hired realtor to running my own brokerage: I founded Hometrade Realty Inc. and have handled residential and commercial real estate deals since 2001, including property bought to rent out. I work in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

People come to me for different reasons: some are looking at a first house, some are buying a condo specifically to rent it out, and some renovate and resell property as a business. Each of these situations has its own numbers and its own logic, and I build the deal around what you actually need.
