If an agreement cannot be reached, the firm represents clients in the Ontario courts at every level.
Immigration law. Work permits and LMIA applications, intra-company transfers, study and visitor visas, spousal and family sponsorships, investor applications and permanent residence programs, refugee applications and hearings, and appeals to the IRB and the Federal Court. Applications are handled in Russian and English, supported by licensed paralegals and a regulated immigration consultant (RCIC).
Civil and business law. Commercial disputes and contracts, business brokerages, incorporation, partnership and shareholder agreements, contract disputes, property damage claims, and insurance matters.
Construction law. Drafting construction contracts, registering construction liens, and handling construction disputes from simple to complex.
