Supra Georgian Restaurant

Georgian and Moldovan Cuisine in North York

Here Georgian cooking meets its Moldovan roots: khachapuri and tabaka share the menu with sarmale and mamaliga. The portions are generous, built for sharing around one table.

Start with soup: harcho, ukha, solyanka or Moldovan zama each have their own character. Move on to Georgian tabaka (pressed chicken), tocana stew or Moldavian cabbage rolls, then finish with honey cake or Napoleon cake.

The menu also includes:
- Dumplings, savory hand pies and crepes with meat or mushroom filling
- Placinta with cabbage, cheese or potato
- Chicken or pork shish kebab, rack of lamb
- Whole trout, sea bass and salmon steak
- Pickles and appetizers for the table
