Crown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Since 1970 Crown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been providing care to the members of our Community. As you tour our facility, the dedication of our interdisciplinary team is evident. Whether a resident comes to Crown for a short term rehabilitation or a long term stay, each resident and their family becomes a part of the “Crown Family”. Crown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a place where our staff strive to create a meaningful and enriched living experience for each Resident: A place where caregivers recognize and respect each residents individuality. A place where family participation in the plan of care is encouraged and personalized care plans are developed. A place where goals are set to meet each residents functional capabilities for physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being.
