Dr. Rakhman has over 40 years of experience in urology. He is very thorough in explaining procedures and routine treatments. He welcomes questions and listens to patients concerns regarding their health. Dr. Rakhman received his education from the Medical Academy of Latvia. He completed a residency in urologic surgery at Montefiore Medical Center as well as a residency in general surgery at New York Downtown Hospital.
